Direct Debit Campaign
e-citizen has developed an off-the-shelf marketing campaign in association with Colchester Borough Council to help local authorities boost take-up of Direct Debit. This time of year, with the mailing out of Council Tax renewals, is an ideal opportunity to give Direct Debit a real push.
All of the creative, key messages and overall concepts for the campaign have been tested with consumer groups and this research together with all campaign materials are available free of charge.
